Cancellation Policy
TypingMitra believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will not be considered after placing the order as users can test the demo first.
- The cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- TypingMitra does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- For digital products and services, refunds will be processed if the product doesn't function as described.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Note: No Refund requests is entertained.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items:
- Please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt of the products.
- The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for faster resolution.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations:
- You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- For digital products, screenshots or other evidence may be required to process your claim.
Warranty Claims
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty:
- Please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
- TypingMitra can assist in connecting you with the manufacturer but is not responsible for warranty claims.
- Keep all original packaging and documentation for warranty claims.
